When you contact us, include the email address on your NeverGone account, your device model, iOS version, app version if available, the approximate time the issue happened, and a short description of what you saw. Screenshots can help, but please hide private details first.
Please do not send passwords, security codes, full payment details, or sensitive personal content. If sensitive context seems necessary, describe the issue generally first and we will ask for more information if needed.
We will review your request as soon as we can. Response times may vary.
2. Account and Login Help
NeverGone supports account access through email and password, Continue with Apple, magic links, and password reset links when available in the app.
If you just created an account, check your email confirmation link or use the app's resend option if it is shown.
Email and password accounts can change their password from Account settings when that option is available. Accounts created with Apple sign-in should manage Apple ID credentials through Apple.
3. Privacy, Data, and Account Requests
To request account deletion, access to your personal information, correction of personal information, or another privacy request, email info@nevergone.ai from the email address associated with your NeverGone account.
We may need to verify your identity before completing certain account or privacy requests.
Deleting the app or logging out does not delete your account. Privacy and deletion requests are handled according to our Privacy Policy and Terms of Service.
4. App Store Subscriptions
NeverGone uses Apple's StoreKit purchase system for App Store subscriptions. Apple handles billing through your Apple ID, including subscription management, cancellation, and refund requests.
You can manage or cancel App Store subscriptions in iPhone Settings by tapping your name, then Subscriptions.
For refund requests, visit https://reportaproblem.apple.com/ and sign in with the Apple ID used for the purchase. If your subscription access does not look right in NeverGone after a completed purchase, email info@nevergone.ai.
5. Memory and Presence
NeverGone may learn from conversations, stories, memories, and journal entries you choose to share. When something is useful for future conversations, such as a preference, life detail, goal, routine, relationship context, support style, legacy note, or correction, NeverGone may save it as memory so your Persona can respond with more continuity.
Presence reflects the Life Context your Persona has learned over time, including areas such as identity, relationships, routines, values, future goals, support preferences, corrections, and what you want remembered. It is not a score of your worth, required onboarding, therapy or clinical tracking, or a checklist you must complete.
Presence categories and suggested topics are prompts for adding or refining context. You can use them to share what matters, update something outdated, correct a memory or relationship detail, mark something sensitive, or clarify how you want your Persona to support, encourage, correct, or give you space.
Not every chat or journal entry becomes a saved memory, and not every saved memory is used in every conversation. Memory can be incomplete, summarized, or out of date. If NeverGone gets something wrong, you can tell your Persona directly, such as: That's not right, Please don't bring that up unless I ask, or Remember this instead.
6. Journal
Journal is for saving personal notes, memories, updates, and reflections you want NeverGone to preserve as context. Journal is info in: you will not receive an assistant reply in Journal.
Use Journal when you want to add something without starting a conversation. Use Persona chat when you want thoughtful questions, reflection, and deeper back-and-forth.
Recent journal summaries may appear in Activity under Journals. If a journal shows a generic title or no preview, the entry may already be saved while its short title or summary is still being generated.
If a journal entry does not save, check your connection and try again. If the issue continues, contact support with the details listed above.
7. Voice Mode
Voice Mode lets you talk with NeverGone in real time when it is available in your iOS app version.
Voice Mode requires microphone permission and an internet connection. If it does not start, check microphone access in iOS Settings, check your connection, update NeverGone, and try again.
When Voice Mode is live, you can speak naturally, mute the microphone, or stop the voice conversation from the chat controls. If the app shows that voice is connecting, reconnecting, suspended, or dropped, wait briefly and then try stopping and starting Voice Mode again if it does not recover.
Completed voice exchanges may appear as messages in your conversation and may be processed to provide context, memories, and summaries, consistent with our Privacy Policy.
8. Safety and Professional Support
NeverGone support is not an emergency, crisis, medical, legal, financial, or mental health support channel.
AI responses can be inaccurate, incomplete, delayed, or unexpected and should not be relied upon as professional advice.
If you are in immediate danger or need urgent help, do not wait for a reply from NeverGone support. Contact emergency services or an appropriate local crisis resource.
