The Services may involve highly personal content, including voice recordings, photographs, family relationship information, journals, memorial content, and other personal stories.

We store voice recordings, audio files, photographs, videos, and similar media as user-provided content. We do not use this content to create biometric identifiers for identity verification or biometric profiling.

If you submit content about another person, you are responsible for ensuring that you have the rights and permissions needed to provide that content and to allow us to process it as described in this Privacy Policy and the Terms of Service.

5. AI Processing

NeverGone uses artificial intelligence and machine learning technologies to provide persona functionality and related features.

When you submit prompts, conversations, recordings, uploads, or other content, that content may be processed by AI and cloud service providers acting on our behalf to generate outputs in response to your request.

We do not use your content to train generalized shared AI models for unrelated users. We use processors that handle content in order to generate outputs for your requests and to support operation of the Services.

AI-generated outputs may be inaccurate, incomplete, or unexpected and should not be relied upon as legal, medical, financial, mental health, or other professional advice.

6. How We Share Information

We do not sell personal information. We do not share personal information for cross-context behavioral advertising.

• With vendors and service providers that help us host, secure, support, analyze, and operate the Services.
• With collaborators, family members, or other users you authorize through the Services.

The NeverGone app does not use third-party advertising networks or third-party tracking for cross-app or cross-site advertising.

We retain personal information for as long as reasonably necessary to provide the Services, maintain your account, comply with legal obligations, resolve disputes, and enforce our agreements.

If you delete your account, we will delete or de-identify personal information from active systems within a commercially reasonable period, unless we must retain certain information for legal, security, fraud prevention, tax, accounting, or backup and recovery purposes.

Temporary encrypted backups may remain for a limited period until they are overwritten or deleted in the ordinary course. Deleted content will not be used to provide ongoing service functionality once removed from active systems.
