App Store Privacy Summary

1. Information the App May Collect

• Contact information, such as name and email address, to create and manage accounts.
• User content, such as prompts, conversations, stories, journals, uploaded documents, photos, audio recordings, videos, and persona-related content.
• Identifiers and account-related information, such as username, internal account identifiers, and subscription status.
• Device and diagnostics information, such as device type, operating system, app version, crash logs, and other diagnostic data.
• Usage data, such as interactions with app features and AI personas.

2. Sensitive Content

Because NeverGone allows users to upload personal stories, voice recordings, photos, and memorial content, the app may process highly personal content supplied by the user.

NeverGone stores voice, audio, photos, videos, and similar media as user content. NeverGone does not use that media to create biometric identifiers for identity verification or biometric profiling.

3. How Information Is Used

• Provide core app functionality.
• Create, host, and maintain AI-powered personas.
• Process prompts, conversations, and uploads in order to generate requested outputs.
• Authenticate users and manage subscriptions.
• Provide customer support.
• Improve reliability, performance, safety, and abuse prevention.
• Comply with legal obligations.

4. Data Sharing

NeverGone does not sell personal information.

NeverGone does not use third-party tracking for cross-app or cross-site advertising.

• Information may be shared with service providers that process data on NeverGone's behalf to operate, host, secure, support, and maintain the app.
• Information may be shared with collaborators or other users the account holder authorizes through app features.

5. AI Processing Statement

User prompts, conversations, uploads, and related content may be processed by AI and cloud service providers acting on NeverGone's behalf in order to generate outputs requested by the user.

NeverGone does not use user content to train generalized shared AI models for unrelated users.

6. Account Deletion

If a user deletes their account, NeverGone will delete or de-identify personal information from active systems within a commercially reasonable period, subject to limited retention needed for legal, security, fraud prevention, tax, accounting, and backup purposes.
